Building application

German thoroughness and regulation desire are generally known, this is also valid for planning and building laws and regulations.
Unfortunately, the building regulations in each of the federal states of Germany are interpreted rather differently.

Is there a development scheme in your residential area? Which regulations concerning constructions on boundaries and fire protection do exist? Does your neighbor have to give permission to your building project?
 
Something that can be set up without any permission in one federal state can be subject to differentiate conditions and limitations in another federal state.

But do not hesitate! Our building application service will lead you through the jungle of articles if you want.
We will prepare all the documents for the building application and take over nearly all the correspondence with the local planning department and building control office. As a help we only need the following documents:
 

• 1 survey plan in the scale 1:5000
• 1 site plan (in original) witnessed officially and not older than 6 month, scale 1:500
• In a copy of the site plan the location of the new facility has to be marked and the fastened surfaces on the site as well as the surfaces to be fastened are to be hatched differently.
